What You'll Do - Support Manager – Learning Disabilities -Bury, Greater Manchester
Lead, coach, and develop support teams across multiple sites
Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
Build trusted relationships with families, professionals & local authorities
What You’ll Need -Support Manager – Learning Disabilities - Bury, Greater Manchester
- Level 4 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience in supported living or similar care settings
- Strong leadership, communication & digital skills
- Full driving licence + own vehicle
