Summary

• To work as part of the Sales Team, dealing with international customers predominately by email communication.
• Using Sage to prepare quotations, process orders and invoicing customers.
• The role also involves general administration tasks including data input scanning, filing, and answering telephone calls working on reception desk.
• Able to manage your own workload and be able to switch between tasks whilst ensuring excellent attention to detail
• Strong multitasking ability
• Time management & prioritisation skills
