Do you want to work for a care company that will value and reward your hard work? My client is looking for fantastic experienced Care Coorinator to join their friendly and supportive team as soon as possible, on a temporary to permanent basis.
Our Care Coordinators ensure our clients receive quality care, including organising rotas based on clients’ requested call times and carer availability, communicating with staff, clients, families, and professionals.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with our growing business offering superior homecare throughout Poole and Bournemouth.
What will you do?
• Producing weekly rotas and team liaison
• Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
• Managing care scheduling and client contact
• Keep morale high within your team
• To help the training and induction of new starters
• Help the company grow and take on extra clients
• To allow Good Oaks to provide a continuous and reliable service
What do we offer?
• 25-40 hours per week, depending on what suits you
• £13-16 p/hr depending on experience
• Supportive, professional and common-sense management and support
• Paid induction training and continued training and development offered
• Blue Light Card discount Scheme
• Paid DBS check if required
Who are you?
Previous experience as a Coordinator in any care setting
Ideally experienced on Access Care Planning or similar system
A very organised and personable person
Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task
Able to work with a close-knit team and have a great phone manner
Able to learn tasks quickly and be adaptable
