Wellbeing Admin Assistant – Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub

Are you a highly organised administrator with great customer service skills and an interest in helping people to improve their health and wellbeing?

If so, join the Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub, where we work to reduce health inequalities by helping residents across Wiltshire to live healthier and more active lives.

We are looking for a compassionate and self-motivated individual with strong administrative experience and excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and ideally SharePoint) to join our supportive and dynamic team. Confidence and professionalism in your interaction with people of all levels, across all forms of communication is essential as well as the ability to manage your own time effectively, and to work proactively with your teammates.

As a Wellbeing Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients; you will handle resident enquiries, call and triage referrals, liaise with our community partners and maintain accurate records across our system. Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service roles is essential.
