Summary

Customer Operations Advisor

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Operations Advisor to work for our client based in Hull, UK.
ROLE: Customer Operations Advisor

PAY RATE: £13.06 per hour, £27,164.80 per annum

JOB TYPE: 12 weeks temporary to permanent

LOCATION: Hull, UK (HU3)

WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM or 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, 40 hours/week
2 x 10-minute breaks AM and PM and 30 minutes Lunch

THE ROLE:
Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Tidying up site and stores area, topping up stores bin as required.
  • Packing and unpacking deliveries.
  • Attend off-site collections within walkable distances.
  • Answering calls/emails/queries for customer support.
  • Following instructions as guided on site to complete ad-hoc tasks.


Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment, always following health and safety policies.
  • Basic competent IT literacy skills - professional email correspondence and use of MS Office for data entry essential to follow instruction.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with customers on site.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Stores/Warehouse experience advantageous but not essential.
