Summary

We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Severn Trent framework team based in Sheffield or Solihull.

Location: Sheffield (Thorncliffe Park) or Solihull - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our welcoming team as a Document Controller where you'll play a vital role managing critical documentation across the STW framework. This collaborative role offers you the opportunity to showcase your organisational talents while working with a supportive team that values your contribution and attention to detail.

What will you be responsible for? As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the STW framework team, supporting them in maintaining efficient document management systems. Your day to day will include:

- Managing and distributing documentation from designers, suppliers, and subcontractors

- Tracking document workflows and ensuring timely responses to maintain project momentum

- Creating and maintaining digital folder structures while serving as the friendly point of contact for document retrieval

- Implementing quality control standards for documentation across the team

- Acting as a super-user for various document management systems including Viewpoint, SharePoint and Dalux



What are we looking for? This role of Document Controller is great for you if:

-You have experience in document control within construction projects or similar environments

-You're comfortable using Office 365, SharePoint, and Adobe applications

-You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining organised systems
