Our modern, purpose-built home supports 80 residents across four 20-bed, bungalow-style households. Each space is designed for calm, therapeutic living, providing specialist care for people with advanced dementia, complex nursing needs, and mental health conditions.
We’re looking for Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) who are passionate about making a real difference. What You’ll Be Doing

Craft Personalised Care Plans: Work with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to create care plans that truly reflect each person’s needs and preferences.
Lead Your Team: Organise and guide your colleagues each shift, ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently.
Monitor Health & Administer Medications: Carry out routine observations, manage specific health needs, and safely administer medications according to protocols.
Build Meaningful Relationships: Connect with residents, families, and colleagues with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
Promote Independence & Engagement: Support residents in daily activities, encouraging autonomy while facilitating social interactions and meaningful activities.
Ensure Safety & Wellbeing: Maintain a safe environment, respond to emergencies, and champion resident dignity and respect at all times.
Act on Feedback: Continuously reflect and respond to team and resident needs to improve care quality.
About You
- You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Experience in a care home is a bonus, but your passion for care and dedication to residents is what truly matters.
- You can connect naturally with people, showing warmth, understanding, and patience in every interaction.
- Communication is your strength you keep residents, families, and your team informed, reassured, and involved.
