Summary

Wellbeing Lincs is committed to delivering high‑quality support to residents across Lincolnshire. We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to join us on a fixed-term, part-time basis and help ensure every customer recieves an excellent experience.

In this role, you'll play a key part in our quality assurance process - gathering customer feedback, completing follow- up check-ins, and supporting the wider service with essential administrative tasks. Your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of individuals who rely on our support.

Hours will be 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday 7.5, Thursday 7.5, Friday 7.5).


What will the role involve?

Administrative support- Assist Wellbeing Officers with day‑to‑day administrative duties, including:

o Handling incoming income and outgoing post

o Sending information packs to customers

o Managing general enquiry calls

o Minute taking



Customer experience & quality assurance- Contact customers through channels such as telephone or email to gather feedback and complete re-referrals where required.



Working with people- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to social inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities. Engage with members of the public, officers, and professionals in a supportive and respectful manner.



What are we looking for?

GCSE passes (Grade A to C) or equivalent in Maths and English
Previous experience working with customers
Confidence using Microsoft packages
