Summary

SUPPORTING FUTURES

We’re on the hunt for an ICT Housing Services Officer to join our ICT team and support the systems that underpin our housing services. Are you ready to join us in delivering our vision of “Providing quality homes and services for better futures”?

You’ll work across our Housing Management systems, supporting day‑to‑day operations, maintaining integrations, resolving issues and helping us continually improve how technology supports our customers and colleagues.

Working closely with teams across ICT, Digital, Insights and the wider business, you’ll have key accountability in keeping our housing systems secure, reliable and fit for Futures. You’ll also work with third‑party suppliers and support data quality, reporting and compliance activity.

Your strong ICT skills, problem‑solving mindset and ability to explain technical issues in plain English will really shine in this role. There may be occasions where you’ll need to work outside of normal office hours to support system maintenance, flexibility is key.

A few key points from our role profile:

Provide business‑as‑usual support, maintenance and development for our Housing Management systems, including MRI Housing Enterprise / Orchard
Support and maintain system integrations across the Microsoft technology stack, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM
Manage routine maintenance, patching and testing, working with internal stakeholders and third‑party suppliers
Support data quality, reporting and information governance, including audit and compliance requirements
Contribute specialist knowledge to the Group’s ICT & Digital roadmap and continuous improvement activity
