YOUR ROLE:
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll take ownership of both payroll and purchase ledger responsibilities, ensuring everything runs accurately and on time. Your role will include:
âœ”ï¸ Administering weekly and monthly payroll using Sage Line 50 Payroll.
âœ”ï¸ Processing timesheets, expenses, new starters, and leavers.
âœ”ï¸ Managing end-of-year returns and liaising with HMRC.
âœ”ï¸ Maintaining and reconciling the purchase ledger.
âœ”ï¸ Preparing supplier payments and resolving queries.
âœ”ï¸ Assisting with credit control and sales ledger cash postings.
âœ”ï¸ Providing general accounts support and occasional office cover.
