The Person:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
The Role:
- Assist in managing all F&B Meeting & Events and support wider F&B retail outlets to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Support inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maximimise sales and revenue opportunities across the Food and Beverage department
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive team environment
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
