Summary
A Part-time Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family in Canterbury, Kent to help them in maintaining the cleanliness of their home and help with a range of duties from cooking to companionship for the elderly parents. They are looking for someone organised and hardworking who is comfortable to be in sole care in running of the home. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the family. They have a dog and guinea pigs so someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role but is not a must. Someone who can drive and holds a full driving license would be a bonus due to the location.
Working hours: Typically Monday to Friday for 30 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Duties include:
dusting and mopping the floors
doing the laundry and ironing
polishing the furniture
cleaning the windows
organising and maintaining their wardrobes
running errands such as grocery shopping
cooking and preparing meals for the family
dry cleaning
weekly deep cleans of the kitchen and bathrooms
unloading and loading the dishwasher
