As a Cleaner with ISS UK, based at Hull Magistrates Court, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for staff and visitors.

​You will ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency are met across your designated areas and may be required to provide cover for colleagues during holidays and absences.

The Role

Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility

Follow the agreed work schedule, with full knowledge of the areas to be cleaned

Complete daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks as requested

Provide a range of general cleaning services including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, vacuuming, and wet and dry mopping

Demonstrate full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment and materials

Ensure all chemicals and cleaning solutions are used safely and correctly

Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and standards

Report any dangers, near misses, or hazards to your manager promptly

Excellent customer service skills

Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude

A team player who works well with customers and colleagues

Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner

Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
