Summary
Define the training curriculum and develop course materials in close collaboration with the Application and Configuration Teams Ensure the training programme incorporates not only how to use the system but also the critical changes in working practice and their importance in improving efficiency, quality, and overall delivery of patient care Engage in the workflow design and systems build with configuration colleagues Build the training environment of the solution, alongside aids to support ongoing learning Communicate highly complex work processes, using your knowledge of local workflows Guide staff on the course of action to take during design of new patient pathways Design components of the go-live readiness programme to ensure successful adoption, and ensure that resources delivering end-user training are adequately prepared.
