Summary
1. Developing and implementing medium- and long-term business and brand strategy;
2. Strengthening customer retention and lifetime value through structured marketing and brand positioning;
3. Identifying and developing commercial partnerships, promotions, and growth opportunities;
4. Ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across digital and offline channels;
5. Identify new partnership opportunities including corporate catering, event collaborations, and local business agreements;
6. Design structured sales and pricing strategies to improve profitability margins;
7. Lead negotiations with suppliers and commercial partners to optimise cost structures;
8. Provide structured feasibility assessments for potential future business growth initiatives;
9. Support long-term business planning aligned with the director’s strategic vision for company growth.
