• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour break) - 35 hours per week
• Location: Office-based in Salford Quays
• Holiday: 20 days + Christmas shutdown + bank holidays

What will you be doing as the Property Administrator?
• Providing administrative support across a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Maintaining records of the tenants in the properties.
• Issuing rent and service charge invoices.
• Coordinating repairs.
• Keeping insurances up to date.
• Maintaining property databases and digital filing systems.
• Liaising with tenants, clients and contractors.
What do you need to be considered for the role of Property Administrator?
• A minimum of 2 year's administration experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel.
