3 Shift – 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 22:00 to 06:00
Production Shift Supervisor required for a leading manufacturing company who supply to the automotive industry. You will be joining an international company that can offer full industry specific training.
This role would suit candidates with experience in any leadership role. Experience working in manufacturing is not essential.
This is a great opportunity for candidates both with experience within manufacturing and those looking to step into a manufacturing focused role.
The Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of nine per shift. This is a people management focused role where you will plan and schedule work activities and ensure the team remain motivated.
The Production Shift Supervisor Role:
· Oversee a team of nine including appraisals, identifying training requirements etc.
· Planning and scheduling work activities and check work in progress
· Liaise with engineering team when required
· Support introduction of new products
· Most senior team member on site during the evening shift
· Carry out daily quality line audits
· 3 Shift pattern
The Production Shift Supervisor Candidate:
· Experience in a leadership role
· Experience in manufacturing or an interest to move into a manufacturing environment
