Educato are currently recruiting for a proactive Sports Coach / SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Eccles, Salford. This is a unique hybrid role combining classroom-based 1:1 support with structured sports-based interventions to help a pupil regulate and engage in learning.
About the Role
This position involves working 1:1 with a child who requires additional support with emotional regulation and engagement. The successful candidate will:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working as a Sports Coach, Behaviour Mentor or SEN Teaching Assistant
Experience working as a Sports Coach, Behaviour Mentor or SEN Teaching Assistant

A strong understanding of emotional regulation strategies

Experience supporting children with additional needs (including SEMH, ADHD or ASC - desirable)
