Location: Brent, North West London
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (pro rata, dependent on experience)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join our inclusive and values-driven school community in the London Borough of Brent. This part-time opportunity (four days per week) is ideal for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to embedding a nurture-based approach across the school.
You will lead and strategically develop SEND provision, with a strong focus on inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and trauma-informed practice. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, particularly SEMH, ensuring they are able to flourish both academically and personally.
