ROLE: Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: basic up to 38k, bonus 45k + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30.1 in 2 Saturdays 8.30 – 1.00
Flame Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join our clients brand new, modern forward-thinking dealership.
Our client is looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician, basic depends on experience, plus an opportunity to earn an uncapped OTE.
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic , you’ll safely prepare customers’ cars for the road ahead.
DUTIES:
• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to the highest standards.
• Perform diagnostics and fault-finding with precision.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Deliver outstanding service to every customer.
YOU:
• Fully qualified vehicle technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in a dealership or independent workshop.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to excellence.
