Embark on a culinary adventure as a Roaming Chef de Partie with our clients renowned hospitality group. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £32,000, plus a Tronc of £1,000 to £3,000 per year, and the opportunity to work across a diverse collection of fresh food-led venues in Southampton and the surrounding areas. As a Roaming Chef de Partie, you'll have the chance to showcase your expertise in a variety of settings, from restaurants and pubs to cafe-style operations, all striving for Rosette-level excellence.

Preferred Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, showcasing your expertise in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the unique challenges of each property in our collection.
Passion for creating exceptional dishes and a commitment to upholding our high standards of food quality and presentation.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to juggle the demands of multiple venues simultaneously.
Reliable transportation, as some of our properties are not easily accessible by public transport.

Preferred Qualifications:
Formal culinary training or a relevant degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
Experience working in a Rosette-level or similar high-end establishment.
A positive, team-oriented attitude

The Package
Salary of £30,000 to £32000 per annum based on 40 hrs per week
Tronc/Service charge £1000 - £3000 per annum
Paid overtime if you work over contracted hours
Free Parking
