Summary
Female Complex Care Assistant
Area: Lichfield WS14
Salary: £14.00
Hours: 8.00am - 5pm
Days: Monday to Saturday (3 days out of 6)
We are looking for a part time Female Complex Care Assistant who will support a child with Cerebral Palsy, she lives at home with her family and would love someone who is bubbly & fun but is calm under pressure.
She has a love of music, dancing, and Peppa pig, her favorite thing to do, is spending time helping in the kitchen helping with the cooking and baking.
You will work 3 days out of 6 but to expected to cover extra days to cover holidays and sickness
As part of this role, you will be required to accompany the client and her family during holidays and travel arrangements

What we are looking for in You:
Kind, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
Experience in care work or a willingness to learn
Full UK manual driving licence
To work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, loyal, & trustworthy
Good time management & brilliant communicator
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting at school during term time
Working at clients home during school holidays
Personal care including washing, dressing
Clinical interventions as required , full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team
Epilepsy management
PEG feeding
Going on holidays and day trips
Assisting with social activities
Understanding of SEN needs
Bringing brilliance to the everyday, at Barclay Specialist Care we aim to deliver high quality, clinically led complex care to individuals within their own homes or choice of setting. We strongly believe individuals should have complete choice of their care, activities, and life decisions.
Our main aim is to deliver a clinically led care service that puts the individual first.
