Summary

Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch

Salary: £21,000+ dependent upon experience

Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a training role within our Security and Vetting department.

Successful candidates will be working as part of a very busy team and will be trained to manage all aspects of the BPSS and Clearance process for external candidates, this will include:-

• Issuing of Client-tailored paperwork, chasing responses, ID & reference verification, leading to the preparation of BPSS packs for sign-off by the Security & Vetting Team Leader’s.
• Ensuring that BPSS packs fulfil Government requirements and guidelines, along with any client-specific requirements, whilst working within SAL’s.
• Ability to handle candidate ID and other documentation confidentially in line with GDPR regulations, Company procedures and ISO 27001 accreditation.
• Corresponding with candidates, Recruiters and clients re. Security paperwork.
• Ability to accurately record keep
• Checking the validity of existing UK clearances with Government Departments.
• Initiation of the process for new Security clearances.
• An ability to work in a fast passed environment, where attention to detail is crucial.
• Working within a Team to ensure collective tasks are completed, whilst also being able to manage your own case-load.
