Health and Wellbeing are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, knowledgeable, and committed professional to join our team as a Senior Tutor.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high quality teaching and learning while supporting and leading others to do the same.

About the Role
As a Senior Tutor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of teaching and learning across the curriculum.
A major aspect of the role includes line managing tutors, supporting their professional development, and leading on quality assurance processes.
You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support learner recruitment and help coordinate courses effectively. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential.
The working base is flexible, but regular travel is required, along with the ability to provide teaching cover when necessary.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A recognised Level 5+ teaching qualification
A subject specific qualification at Level 3+
Achievement of – or willingness to work towards – the Assessor and Internal Verifier Awards
Strong organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Ability to lead by example and demonstrate best practice
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
Flexibility to travel and provide teaching cover when required.
