Summary
To promote community engagement with our young people who have come through the keyworker system. To be an effective communicator which includes listening to our young people. To develop and facilitate a group which promotes social inclusion, confidence building and a sense of belonging for our young people. To support young people on an individual basis to work towards specific goals to promote impendence and inclusion. To work closely with the keyworker team and supporting in the development of the service across the Black Country To network with partner agencies having up to date information around current offers to sign post our young people too. To have a person-centred approach recognising that each individuals needs are different. To have the ability to be flexible in your communication styles and approaches. To build on existing Black Country good practice within the keyworker service
