Senior Residential Conveyancer
Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid – 1 day WFH after induction)
Full Time Permanent
Salary: In the region of £40,000 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity to join a brand new specialist conveyancing firm launching this April. This is your chance to be part of building a firm from the ground up. You’ll help shape processes, influence culture, and grow with the business in a modern, forward-thinking environment.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion (post-completion outsourced), delivering a high standard of client service throughout.
About You
• Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced fee earner with
a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients and other professionals.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases
simultaneously.
• Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing
outstanding client service.
