We’re recruiting this role to strengthen the support and oversight of our legacy private markets investment portfolios within the Alternatives team as our organisation continues to grow.

The role – what you’ll be doing

As a Investment Analyst within our Alternatives Legacy team your role is hugely important and will include:

Supporting the management and monitoring of legacy investment portfolios in line with internal procedures
Providing data analysis to support oversight of performance, attribution, exposure and risk metrics
Considering ESG, climate and Responsible Investment factors in investment analysis
Participating in investment team meetings and wider collaboration across the organisation
Engaging with advisers, consultants and research providers when required
Identifying and escalating risks within your area of responsibility
About you - and the value you’ll bring to our team

Strong written and verbal communication skills
An ability to distil complex information clearly and concisely
High levels of integrity and trustworthiness
Good IT skills and confidence working with data
A genuine interest in investment markets, long‑term investing and sustainability
It would also be helpful if you have:

Experience in investment research or due diligence
Familiarity with investment management software
Experience collaborating on or presenting investment ideas
Qualifications:

You’ll be educated to degree level and hold, be working towards, or be willing to work towards a suitable investment qualification.
