Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. a Drivers Licence and DBS is essential as you will be working in information sensitive environments and high value items.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is essential.
Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
