Summary

We're looking for a Planner to join our Heathrow QNS team based in Heathrow.

Location: Heathrow, Bath Road

Hours: 40 hours per week

Join our dynamic team at Heathrow QNS delivering essential home improvement schemes including the RIS, Vortex and Combi projects. As a Planner, you'll play a vital role in the successful management of these projects from tender through to delivery, providing expert planning guidance and working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.



What will you be responsible for?As a Planner, you'll be working within the Heathrow QNS team, supporting them in delivering quality home improvement schemes. Your day to day will include:

-Creating and managing integrated programmes covering the full project lifecycle, coordinating design, commercial and production activities

-Working closely with site teams to update and monitor programme progress daily

-Developing logistic plans and providing planning expertise to project leads

-Creating look-ahead programmes and trade package schedules

-Supporting project teams with accurate progress reporting and advising on the impact of any project slippage

What are we looking for?This role of Planner is great for you if:

-You're proficient in planning software, particularly Microsoft Project

-You have experience in planning with a main contractor delivering construction projects

-You possess excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach

-You have a keen eye for detail and can identify and mitigate programme risks

-You're highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
