Summary
Plumbing Network Yorkshire Ltd is a small, professional plumbing and heating company based in Sheffield. Due to an immediate vacancy, we are recruiting an experienced 2 Gas Engineer to take a lead, hands-on role within the business.
This role is suited to a competent, level-headed engineer who knows their trade, works independently, communicates clearly, and can operate without constant supervision. This is not a junior role.
The Role
Domestic gas servicing, breakdowns, and fault finding
Planned works and installations where required
Acting as a senior gas engineer within the business
Supporting and advising other plumbers and gas engineers when needed
Assisting with quoting works and advising on job scope
Helping coordinate and book jobs to keep the diary running smoothly
Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service
Working Area
Mostly Sheffield
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 4:30pm
No on-call
No unrealistic job stacking

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Gas Safe Registered (Domestic) – current
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer
Strong servicing, breakdown, and fault-finding capability
Able to work independently and take responsibility
Comfortable supporting other engineers when required
Reliable, organised, and professional
Full UK driving license
