Summary
We’re recruiting Support Workers in Middlewich (CW10) to support adults with mental health needs and challenging behaviours in supported living settings.
What you’ll do:
Support daily routines and promote independence
Manage challenging behaviour calmly
Assist with medication and personal care when required
Encourage social and community activities
What we’re looking for:
Caring, reliable, and patient individuals
Experience in social care/support work preferred
medication experience
CPI training is desirable
Flexible and team-focused attitude
