The Role – Registered Nursing Home Manager
As Nursing Home Manager in Portsmouth, you will hold full responsibility for:
Operational management
Clinical leadership
CQC compliance
Staffing and recruitment
Budget and occupancy performance
Governance and quality assurance
You will act as the CQC Registered Manager and ensure the home maintains excellent standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Nurse Qualified (RGN, RMN or RNLD) – Active NMC Pin
Experience as Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager, or Deputy Manager
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Experience managing elderly care services
Commercial awareness and budget oversight experience
