Job Description
Ace Seating Hire is an independent, family owned and run business based in the village of Polebrook, near Oundle, Northamptonshire.
Ace Seating Hire provides temporary seating all year round for indoor and outdoor events all around the UK.
Clients include Schools, Universities. Colleges, Sporting Bodies, Festivals, Public Attractions, Arena’s & Shopping Centre’s.
The Driver post is to drive crew to and from event venues and any other duties falling within your capabilities. When not at events be located in the yard
Main task and responsibilities
Drive the crew to and from venues
Nuts and Bolts on the seat build / dismantle
Side rails and back rails on seat build / dismantle
Check, report and carry out vehicle checks
Check, report on any equipment defects / breakages
Skills required
Must have full UK driving licence
Forklift licence would be advantageous
Person Specification
Ability to work under pressure - excellent timekeeper
Ability to multi task in busy event situations i.e festivals, arena’s
Ability to think on your feet and have common sense
Holiday entitlement pro rata
