What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mobile Chef, you’ll be the face of Food For Thought in our member schools. You’ll:
Manage and run school kitchens, often providing cover at short notice.
Cook healthy, tasty meals that encourage children to try new foods.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
Work closely with school staff and engage with children in a friendly, professional way.
Bring creativity and energy to mealtimes, making them a positive experience for every child.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident in cooking and kitchen management.
Flexible, reliable, and happy to travel to schools across Merseyside.
Knowledgeable about nutrition, allergies, and dietary requirements.
A great communicator who enjoys working with children and school staff.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
A driving licence and car would be an advantage but are not essential.
