Summary
TISA is seeking a driven and detail oriented HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end to end recruitment and support core HR operations. This role plays a key part in helping employers attract high quality talent while ensuring full compliance with UK employment regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning support, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding. In addition, the role will support HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple roles and sectors
• Draft and post job adverts across job boards and ATS platforms
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and database searches
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone or video interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Manage offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Conduct right to work checks in line with UKVI requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within HR systems
• Support employer clients with hiring best practices
• Track recruitment metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire
• Ensure GDPR compliance in handling candidate data
• Support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in UK recruitment or HR operations
• Strong knowledge of UK right to work and employment compliance
• Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Tools and Systems Knowledge:
• Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit
• LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• HRIS systems such as BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, or Sage HR
• Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Basic knowledge of HR analytics dashboards
Qualifications:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 desirable but not mandatory
