What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing, refining, and leading exceptional SEN strategies across the school
• Championing inclusive practice by supporting teachers and support staff daily
• Coordinating interventions and tracking pupils’ progress, celebrating every breakthrough
• Working directly with parents, external agencies, and local authorities to secure the best outcomes
• Training, guiding, and igniting passion in a team of aspiring educators and TAs
• Driving innovation in SEND provision and sharing best practice across the school community
