• Strategically leading the Learning Support department and SEND provision

• Directly supporting staff, students, and families to maximise progress
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on SEND impact and outcomes
• Mentoring and developing a dynamic team of learning professionals
• Collaborating closely with SLT on whole-school strategy
