What You'll Be Doing:
• Setting the vision and strategy for all SEND and inclusion programmes
• Leading, coaching, and inspiring the specialist Learning Support team
• Designing and overseeing intervention programmes with measurable impact
• Working closely with SLT and external agencies to shape EHCP provision
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the progress of SEND students
• Driving whole-school training and raising awareness of inclusive best practice
