Deliver high-quality personal care and night-time support

Assist with safe transfers and mobility
Support continence care and medication
Offer reassurance, comfort and companionship throughout the night
Follow individual care plans and clinical guidance
✅ Essential Experience
Hands-on experience with spinal injury or complex care clients
Confident with manual handling, repositioning & pressure care
Competent in personal care & medication administration
Strong understanding of infection control & care documentation
Reliable, calm and attentive during night shifts
