We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's rapidly growing team in Coventry. The company are well established with long-term contracts in place and orders growing rapidly. Due to this growth, they need an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment availability and minimal downtime.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leading engineers on shift
  • Scheduling and prioritsing workloads.
  • Proactively monitoring plant performance and supporting operational team
  • Reacting to breakdowns quickly to ensure the plant efficiency
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience leading a team of engineers
  • PLC Fault Finding knowledge (desired)
  • Experience maintaining conveyors in a heavy industrial environment
  • Electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to work a of shift patterns
