Summary
We are offering a competitive rate of £14.03 per hour for this role.
As Reception Supervisor, you will support the smooth running and overall objectives of the Front Office department, while overseeing day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with the Front Office Manager to lead, inspire and motivate the team, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience in line with both company and hotel service standards.
This is a busy and hands-on role where you'll supervise Front Office operations, coordinate with other hotel departments, and ensure high standards are consistently maintained. You will act as an ambassador for your hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating our vision, mission and values at all times, and treating colleagues and guests with respect, dignity and fairness.
