Summary

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Slinger / Signaller to join a busy RC frame apartment blocks scheme in Bedford. This is a long-term opportunity on a well-managed project, with works scheduled to run for approximately 50 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Slinging and signalling for tower cranes

  • Coordinating safe lifting operations in line with lift plans

  • Communicating clearly with crane operators and site teams

  • Ensuring all lifting accessories are checked and used safely

  • Maintaining high health & safety standards on site

Requirements

  • Blue CPCS Card (Slinger / Signaller - A40) - Essential

  • Proven experience working on RC frame projects

  • Strong understanding of site safety procedures

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

  • Good communication skills
