Summary
Recruiting Graduate Surveyors to join our Commercial Property division in London. This role offers structured APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) training toward RICS qualification.
Role Overview
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will support valuation, leasing, and advisory services across office, retail, and mixed-use commercial property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in conducting property valuations and market appraisals
• Support lease negotiations and rent reviews
• Conduct site inspections and property assessments
• Prepare valuation and advisory reports
• Analyse market data and industry trends
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Maintain compliance with RICS standards
