About the Role
Haventria Technologies is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to support our UK market expansion. The role focuses on generating leads and building relationships with landlords, estate agents, and property managers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK property market
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Schedule product demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Support proposal preparation and follow ups
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in speaking with business clients
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Self motivated and target driven attitude
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools preferred
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Eligibility
• Open to recent graduates and MBA students
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
• Sales internship experience is a plus
