Job Type: Full Time, Long Term Role and Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons specifically adapted for students with diverse SEN.
- Adapting curriculum content using frameworks such as P Scales to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student well-being and development.
- Collaborating effectively with professional staff and the wider team to deliver comprehensive student support.
- Developing multi sensory learning resources and monitoring pupil development.
- Providing personal care support when necessary.
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Proven experience working with SEN students in a UK school setting.
- Proficiency in curriculum adaptation (e.g., P Scales), inclusive teaching methodologies, and effective classroom management.
- Strong patience, empathy, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to undergo a new check.
- Eligibility to Work in UK
- Available to work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
