These provisions support pupils who require additional social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) support, often due to barriers to mainstream education. The settings are committed to providing structured, therapeutic and nurturing environments where pupils can re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.
This is a rewarding opportunity for resilient, compassionate and highly adaptable education professionals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people.

Teacher Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet individual needs
• Differentiating and adapting the curriculum to support engagement
• Implementing strong behaviour management and restorative approaches
• Monitoring progress and contributing to review meetings
• Working collaboratively with support staff, families and external agencies
We Are Looking For:
• Experience working with pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour or trauma
• A calm, consistent and resilient approach
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• For Teachers – Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
• For TAs – Relevant experience in education, care or youth work settings
In return, we offer:
• Competitive rates of pay
• Ongoing CPD and specialist training opportunities
• A dedicated consultant with SEND expertise
