Summary
Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3 – Up to £30,000
The nursery provides a calm, home-from-home environment with natural resources and thoughtfully designed rooms. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work directly with children each day, supporting curiosity, independence, and hands-on learning through play. The role is full-time and based within one room, with shared responsibility for planning and daily routines.

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
- Secure knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Confidence working independently within a room
- Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
