Reigate School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Attendance Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring students are present, engaged and supported, working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to encourage, challenge and support improvements in attendance at an individual and whole school level.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working effectively with children
The ability to challenge poor attendance while maintaining positive and supportive relationships
High level of organisational skills; able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment
Confidence in using ICT, including Microsoft Office and school MIS systems
The ability to work independently and use initiative while also being a strong team member
The ability to remain calm, professional and solution‑focused when dealing with challenging situations
Knowledge and understanding of local and national statutory and voluntary agencies
Good written and oral communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, children and stakeholders

This is a full time term time position working 36 hours per week over 39 weeks per year.
