Summary

We are looking for a talented and forward‑thinking Bi & Data Analytics Manager to lead and elevate GLF’s data and analytics capability across both our schools and central services.
Your Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will drive our transition to a modern BI ecosystem, enabling data‑driven decision‑making that enhances pupil outcomes, strengthens operational efficiency, and supports strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with educational leaders, central teams and technical specialists to design insightful dashboards, automate reporting, implement semantic data models, and develop predictive analytics that shape the future of our trust. You’ll also play a key part in improving data literacy and championing best practice across our organisation.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on innovation, enjoys collaboration, and wants to make a genuine impact across a large and growing Multi‑Academy Trust.This will be a hybrid post, with opportunities to work from home and at one of our Head Offices (The Beacon School, Banstead) or Earlsfield (London), or one of our satellite offices in Camberley, Caterham, Crawley, or Banbury.What we are looking for
Proven expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric
Strong SQL skills and experience using Python for data analysis
Demonstrated success in designing and embedding automation and workflow solutions.
Experience in leading analytics teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to academic and operational audiences.
A positive, solutions‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
