Summary
To assist the Head Chef in order to consistently deliver the highest standards of food and service, exceeding guest expectations within the allocated Hotel Budgets
• To create an environment that delights the customer and encourages feedback.
• Service delivery of food to be met within the timing set down by dish specifications
• Procedures and legal requirements pertaining to fire, safety, hygiene and security to be adhered to
• Appropriate records maintained in accordance with Company and legal requirements
• To adhere to menus engineering and concept specifications to be trained, focused on presentation, portion size, cooking spec and par stock levels
• There is to be a decisive response to change and a readiness to challenge tradition
